Dr. Norbert Müller hat seit 1986 mit Gefahrgut/Gefahrgutlogistik zu tun und ist seit 2007 der Weltgefahrgutbeauftragte (Global Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser) der Schenker AG, Essen. Seit 1997 ist er außerdem öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverständiger für Gefahrguttransport und -lagerung (IHK Duisburg) und seit 2008 Lehrbeauftragter für das Fach Gefahrgutlogistik an der FH Hamm.
